Shipping policy

Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Times
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days from the date of shipment. These are estimates and may vary with your location, carrier conditions, peak periods and public holidays.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your package ships. You can check your order at any time on the Track Your Order page. If your tracking number hasn't arrived within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email support@larkspiremarketinggroup.com.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We don't currently ship anywhere else. If you're outside the United States, email us before ordering and we'll tell you whether we can reach you.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipment, email support@larkspiremarketinggroup.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and send you a replacement or a full refund — your choice. You don't need to return anything.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. No return needed.
Wrong Shipping Address
Check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll correct it if the parcel hasn't shipped yet. Once a package is with the carrier we can't change its destination.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package comes back to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange a reshipment or a full refund.
